Have you had the misfortune in recent years to have a debt in your name placed in debt collection?
Have you defaulted on a payment, exceeded the limit on your credit card or overdraft facility or displayed poor account conduct on your bank account?
You may have experienced a business failure which resulted in bankruptcy.
Whatever the reason, many of these issues may prevent you from arranging finance initially through a mainstream lender. ie. banking institutions, and you may then believe you are unable to raise finance from any source for property purchases. This is not necessarily the case!
At Oliver Mortgage & Insurance we have access to a wider range of lenders, many of whom are willing to assist those applicants with credit impaired histories. These sources are generally considered 'second tier' lenders charging slightly higher interest rates and a fee for that service.
Our aim is to help you back on track which may result in funding your proposal through the 'second tier' lenders for a period of 2 or 3 years then refinancing your loan through a mainstream institution again. This will depend upon you conducting your financial affairs in a totally satisfactory manner during that 2 or 3 year period.
Whatever your credit issue, let your Oliver Mortgage & Insurance adviser endeavour to assist.
